Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. However, due to shipping restrictions, there are some places we can’t ship to. You’ll find the list here:

What shipping services do you use?

We use trusted companies like DHL EXPRESS, E-Packet and Hk Post for international shipping. The actual company used will depend on your specific order and location.

How much does it cost to ship?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide for orders over $25.

  • E-Packet or Hk Post depend on the country we ship to.
  • Not include shipping rates!

 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Simple. Just order 2 OYOs and we’ll ship to you anywhere in the world – at no cost! (As long as it’s a country we can ship too – see our list of exceptions)

How long will it take for my OYO to arrive?

This depends on your delivery location and selected shipping method.  Here’s a rough guide:

  • Hk Post up to 9-18 working days.
  • E-Packet up to 6-15 working days.
  • DHL Express up to 3-5 working days.
  • China Post Air Mail up to 21-35 working days. (Untrackable)

Keep in mind, delays might happen due to the customs process and reasons beyond our control.

 

Which shipping method is best for international delivery?

Use DHL if you want it delivered faster. But it’s a bit more expensive than E-Packet or Hk Post.

If your order is more then 25$ (not include shipping rates) we will send the products free of charge by E-packet or Hk Post depend on the country we ship to.

 

Are there any duties or taxes for shipping abroad?

Duties and taxes (e.g. VAT) may be applied by the country to which a package is sent. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over these taxes or costs associated with retrieving your package. OYO JDI LTD is not responsible for paying taxes that are implemented by other countries.
