How do refunds work?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your OYO, or if your product doesn’t work or has any problem after you’ve checked it, then send it back to us within 30 days, un-used in the original packaging and we’ll send you a new OYO or offer a full money refund.  Just follow our refund procedure.

How long does it take to refund my money?

It can take up to 14 business days to get your refund into your bank account. This is once we’ve processed your refund request and you’ve got your email confirmation. The actual time also depends on how fast your bank processes the refund.

We don’t want to keep you waiting! If after 3 weeks you haven’t received your refund – let us know so we can check that it’s been properly processed. Alternatively, contact your bank.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. However, if your OYO is damaged or is not working as it ought to,  as long as it’s still in the box and unused and within 30 days of purchase, please return it to us and we’ll send you a new one.

Once your returned item arrives, we’ll email you and start our refund process. To expedite the process, don’t forget to include your full name and order number on the packaging.
